At Rootstead, we ship the Ultimate Off-Grid Living guide directly to your door. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your copy arrives quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.

1. Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During this time your order is quality-checked, securely packaged, and assigned a unique tracking number.

Once your order is scanned into our shipping network, you will receive an automated email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

We provide tracked and insured shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 7–10 Business Days

Note: Most orders arrive within the earlier end of this window. Factors such as carrier volume or weather may occasionally impact delivery timelines.

Free shipping applies to all orders of $69.00 or more shipped within the United States.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our fulfillment center. Liberty Hearth is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@therootstead.com — we can only make changes before your order ships.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at support@therootstead.comwithin 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
